We are now following the deadlines given by the Post Office as Recommended Postage for Christmas shipping dates to the letter so allowing for our processing times we can offer no latitude on these new time deadlines.
Orders for Christmas shipping must be with us as follows:
Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24: cut-off 3pm Friday 20th December
Delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery: cut-off 12 noon Sunday 22nd December
We are no longer shipping Christmas orders by Tracked 48, 1st or 2nd Class post.
This is our reading of Royal Mail's Christmas shipping cut-offs. HOWEVER. THAT SAID.
It is Christmas and Royal Mail will be very busy; odd "return-to-sender" errors will happen; Acts of God will occur.

Due to our winter holiday orders placed from 24th December will be shipped as follows:
Postal orders placed from 24th December - 1st January will be shipped from 2nd January.
Postal orders placed 2nd January - 9th January will be shipped from 10th January.
Orders placed online from 24th December - 9th January for click and collect will be available to collect from the shop from 10th January during our opening hours.
