Based on the original 1975 Poison mug series designed by John Clappison, a re-booted series inspired by an ages old English language colloquialism, dangerously alluringly apothecary jars and a stealthy dose of macabre fascination with tales of infamous poisoners, be they ancient, more modern or malefactors from the pages of golden-age cosy-crime novels.
These apothecary style designs are in cobalt blue glazed stoneware with real gold plating. The range is individually gift boxed in matching gold foiled and cobalt printed boxes.
