Tempest brings interest and excitement to any interior. The unique form twists and turns in and out of itself resembling the shape at the heart of a galaxy or the centre of a vortex.

The design

Selected for inclusion by the V&A Dundee Tempest hangs in the Scottish Gallery in the museum representing the best of Scottish contemporary design.

The hidden openings within Tempest let the brightness escape without exposing the glare of the bulb. The undulations of the surfaces bounce the light into the room and its varying layers produce changing intensities of brightness on the surface. Tempest is intended for use with energy saving compact fluorescent light bulbs or LED bulbs.

Supplied flat-packed and moderately difficult self assembly required.
